First-time and previous members are requested to fill in and mail the appropriate
Membership Application Form.

* $107.00 (for PDFs within 5 years of their PhD.)
* $102 (for joint CAP-CASCA members)
Associate Membership (requires 2 nominations)

Student Membership (requires 1 nomination)

Corporate Membership
$1000.00 (commercial rate)
or $250.00 (non-commercial rate)
The dues may be paid by sending a cheque with
the form, or electronically using the Paypal secure online payment system.
