2. Where possible, we will reserve time for discussing points raised by e-mail messages.

Possible show-stoppers:

• Firewall at the remote client site, be it a site-wide or personal use (e.g., ZoneAlarm)
• With personal use firewalls, add 204.174.103.28 as a trusted host

Steps to access the webcast:

1. Open up your favourite web browser to http://204.174.103.28 and click on  the "View a Meeting" icon
   
   
   
   
2. Login by entering your name and the pre-arranged password - send by clicking on the OK
   
   
3. Click on "View Streaming Video" from the "View a Meeting" page
   
   
4. Select "QuickTime" from the "Pick Streaming Application" page
   
   
   
   
5. Enjoy the meeting
