2009 Young Scientist Prize
The Commission on Computational Physics (C20) of IUPAP seeks nominations
for its 2009 Young Scientist Prize. Nominees should have a maximum of 8
years of research experience following their PhD and should be the
principal performer of original work of outstanding scientific quality in
Computational Physics. Awards will be US$1000 each, plus a medal and
certificate to be provided by IUPAP. Award money will normally be given as
a contribution towards the expenses for attending the the Commission's
next Conference on Computational Physics (CCP2009) to be held in Taiwan,
December 2009 (http://www.ccp2009.tw/). The winner will be invited to
present a paper at this meeting.
